Salon The
spacious lounge/diner has comfortable dining and lounge seating for six persons.
There are both French and English satellite TV systems (free-to-air channels),
and a DVD player. There is a movie and book library and board games, and a
telephone for incoming calls. Double French doors lead out onto the
terrace.
Kitchen The fully fitted country kitchen is well equipped with oven, gas/electric
hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, iron/ironing table and
everything else you need for your Breton holiday.
Bedrooms The
downstairs double bedroom is conveniently situated off the lounge, with a
separate toilet next door. There is a king-sized double bedroom upstairs,
and 2 single rooms - one with cot, and another with a double bed settee.
Bathrooms
Downstairs, in addition to the separate toilet, there is a new and spacious
shower room with toilet. There is another large bathroom with toilet upstairs.
Utility / Garage This stores all you need for a comfortable holiday, including washing
machine and tumble dryer, two bicycles, garden/patio furniture, picnic barbecue and garden
toys & games pack.
Heating
There are individual wall mounted electric convector heaters throughout the
house.
Garden
The large, enclosed south-facing terrace is accessible via the French doors from the salon.
3 steps lead down into the generous South and West facing, lawned garden which is
enclosed by fencing and mature trees.
Safety
There is a first aid kit, fire blanket and extinguisher, and fitted smoke
detectors. The garden and terrace are fully enclosed, with a lockable
safety gate leading from the terrace into the garden. There is also an
indoor stair gate for young children.
Children
There is a cot, toilet items (potties, trainer seats, changing mat), side rail for
single bed, play pen, travel safety gate, garden games pack, board games, some toys,
books and DVDs (and some free-to-air satellite TV channels).
Pets and smoking are not permitted in the house.
Extras included in the Cost Bed linen and towels will be provided.
La Carniche is professionally cleaned after each letting.
